Bulb Source offers a 10-day refund policy on all items provided the following
guidelines are followed:
- All
merchandise must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
- All supplied
accessories are included in original factory packaging.
- All returns must
be double boxed.
- Shipping and
handling fees are nonrefundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted
packages).
- All refused
packages will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Warranty length depends upon the product
(please see individual product pages for details). If you have a faulty product purchased from
LED Bulb Source, please send it, along with a copy of your receipt, to:
